Kawaida Towers
One of our flagship efforts is Kawaida Towers, an ambitious vision for affordable housing and community-centered development in downtown Newark. More than a building, Kawaida Towers represents a commitment to creating spaces where families can thrive, entrepreneurs can grow, and residents can access resources that strengthen the entire community.
